Authorized Reseller Benefits

Reseller Authorisation

Trackable™ provides official Letter of Commerce authorizing our resellers to do business in their territory for Weapon Trackr™ and for Trackable’s™ full line of tracking systems designed for a wide range of industries and applications. A Reseller Certificate is provided that seals our relationship.

Territory and Lead Protection

We limit the number of resellers in territories and prefers to have a single reseller in each territory, subject to performance. We provide lead protection forms and maintain a ‘Lead Protection Program’ through our CRM system, enabling resellers to register accounts and protect those accounts from other resellers.

Lead Generation

Trackable™ invests significantly in marketing efforts to produce demand for our products and solutions across the global market. We share leads with resellers from end user customers that are received from within the resellers territory and protect those accounts from other resellers.

Sales Support

We provide full support to our resellers to assist in the pursuit of business opportunities for the purpose of gaining contracts or purchase orders, including brochures; presentation documents; online customer meetings, presentations and software demonstrations; proposals and Tender responses; and similar resources.

Turnkey Projects

Trackable™ provides turn-key solution deployments and implementations, including software; professional services; hardware; labels and tags; installation; software training; and IT training. For resellers with appropriate technical resources, we train their staff so that reseller can install systems independently, if desired.

Ongoing Support

We help our resellers retain their customers and expand those relationship through provision of ongoing support, including software fixes and enhancements; periodic software updates; hardware repair-or-replace; User support and IT support. Trackable™ works with its resellers in tandem to ensure customer service excellence.
